Hello and thanks for getting involved with helping the future. I was one of Petes classmates and I still can't beleive that he has done what he has done. It has taken me a while to respond to this website because what can one say about someone who was so talented.

Dear Marci,
I liked when u came into the class and talked about how Pete died and I really enjoyed having you come in and talk about it and telling all of the kids not to do it because this could happen to you. It is very interesting and I no i told you about my step sister in class but i don't talk to her and I would love to help with any thing I can! I would like to be in the parade in norwalk and roller blade to show support and I would like to help with all of the upcoming events. God Bless you and your family for all you have gone through you desereve it and I trully hope that u send me information on the events I can help with and I swear to you that I will never do any kind of drugs in my life and i hope you believe me.
Your friend,
Kaylee Camp

This story really touched me because I know what it's like to be addicted to drugs. My mother was addicted to crack and was never around and was always spending our money. I'm thankfull that that drug didn't take her life, and I'm sorry it worked out for Pete that way. I give my condolences to his family and anybody close to him.

I wanted to let you know that I am so sorry for your loss. I am a mental health/addiction's therapist and have seen this happen to so many wonderful, talented people. It is a disease though and not an easy one to beat. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
